Since beginning full operations, we’ve built a dedicated support team that’s available for live, one-on-one assistance via phone, email, or chat, 10 hours a day, five days a week. We’ve also created easy-to-use tools that help you manage your song data, and we keep you in the loop through our monthly newsletters packed with updates, helpful info, webinars, and industry events.
We’re always listening to feedback from our Members to improve how we serve you. Your input helps us shape the future of The MLC, and we’ve made it easy for you to share your thoughts through surveys and our support team.
