Since beginning full operations, we’ve built a dedicated support team that’s available for live, one-on-one assistance via phone, email, or chat, 10 hours a day, five days a week. We’ve also created easy-to-use tools that help you manage your song data, and we keep you in the loop through our monthly newsletters packed with updates, helpful info, webinars, and industry events.

We’re always listening to feedback from our Members to improve how we serve you. Your input helps us shape the future of The MLC, and we’ve made it easy for you to share your thoughts through surveys and our support team. We have also integrated a feedback option directly into The MLC’s Portal, allowing Members to easily share their thoughts and suggestions whenever they log into the Portal.

Here are some ways your feedback has made a real impact:

By request, we introduced the Catalog Export feature, letting you export your entire catalog (or parts of it) into Excel, so you can analyze your data however you like.
We added a "Copy Work Link" button in the Public Search so you can easily share unclaimed works with colleagues or friends, making collaboration simple.
Thanks to your input, we improved our Matching Tool and Match History with filters, export options, and more detailed info.
We also made it easier to claim works by pinning those with 0% claimed shares to the top of search results.
Our Member Dashboard now provides a clear snapshot of key royalty data, and we’re working on more updates—like notifications and extra insights—based on what you’ve told us you need.
