Notice to Members Regarding Blanket License Terminations for eMusic & PANTHR

Please be advised that pursuant to 17 U.S.C. 115(d)(4)(E), as of April 15, 2023, the blanket licenses for emusic.com Inc. (eMusic) and Artist Technology Group Inc. (PANTHR) have been TERMINATED in connection with covered activities under 17 U.S.C. 115(d).

The MLC sent Notices of Default to eMusic and PANTHR on February 14, 2023. eMusic and PANTHR failed to cure their defaults within 60 days of receiving written notice of the defaults. Therefore, the blanket licenses for eMusic and PANTHR terminated effective April 15, 2023 in accordance with 17 U.S.C. 115(d)(4)(E)(ii)(II).
